Below you will find a few tips to help you change your mindset,thinking patterns, thoughts, actions and what you talk about to others. Also check out applying the law of attraction to see some important information.
- Be conscious and present in the moment. You can do this by meditating (the more you meditate the more present or conscious you will be) or by simple watching your thoughts, feelings and actions. If you want to change your results you need to change your actions and by being conscious you can monitor your thoughts and feelings that will allow you to act in a more efficient way that will cause a positive change. This takes time and practice.
- If you have a negative thinking pattern it didn’t happen over night so give this some time to change your thinking pattern. Start by repeating positive self talk at least 100 times per day. You can do this quietly in your mind or out loud (out loud is good to add emotion to your affirmations). You can apply this in many areas of your life and this will help you accomplish your goals.
- Also monitor your conversations, when in a conversation stay positive and watch what you say. Don’t mention the possibility of failure and don’t be tempted to start complaining. Also don’t let others discourage you and don’t argue your beliefs or what you want to accomplish. You want to stay in harmony. Know who you can tell your beliefs and goals to and who not to tell.
